Who we Are
Seth Phillips, Owner
Seth has been in the construction industry for over 20 years at many different capacities. Having done insurance restoration for several years, he became more interested in the mitigation and cleanup side of the process. Seth founded Southwest Emergency Restoration, LLC, in March of 2016. His prior experience included owning and operating a Class A licensed construction company, a licensed plumber, and extensive training and experience as an independent insurance adjuster. Along this path, it became very evident in the rural community surroundings of Southwest Virginia, that there was a significant need for the drying side of the insurance restoration process.
The rest is history! There have been dozens and dozens of homes and business mitigated through SER. We are proud of our local communities and look forward to earning your business in the future!
